    Not sure if your builder’s quote is fair or complete? I’ll compare it with current market rates and my own estimate and industry standards, highlight any missing items or overpriced components, and provide a side-by-side comparison for clarity.

  • Progress & Milestone Payment Claims and Certification

    I’ll assess your builder’s claims against the actual work completed onsite. You’ll only pay for what has genuinely been done — no more, no less.

  • Variation Claims and Certification

    Changes during construction are common. I’ll assess variation claims to make sure they’re priced fairly and within contract scope, or help prepare legitimate variations on your behalf.

  • Site Inspections

    Onsite checks to verify the status of construction before signing off on claims. This ensures transparency and safeguards your investment.

  • Project Budgeting & Cost Control

    Ongoing cost monitoring throughout your project. I’ll track actual costs vs. budget, flag issues early, and help keep your build financially on track.
